Only six days after the big Halloween Tournament, the Oregon Poker Tour headed back to the house of the Shortridges.  Trying to carry the momentum from his last win, Luke Shortridge, along with seven other players, vied for a pot of $20.00.  The action was blazing, and the cards were on fire.  Who would take it all in this Oregon Poker Tour event?

The Winner (Game #1):

Dan Staifer

Yes, the one of the two newest players to the OPT won the game.  It wasn't too hard to see it coming though, after he eliminated two players in one hand before we consolidated the two tables into one.  Undaunted, three OPT regulars, along with the second newbie, challenged Dan to a rematch.  All five players put down their $2.50 at a chance at the big man.

The Winner (Game #2):

Matt Galdeen

No, the first newbie did not win the pot...the second newbie did.  Defeated of their pride, the OPT regulars took their chips and went home.
