April 23 2004

With only two weeks remaining in April, Co-founder Dugan sat happily at the top of the OPT Leaderboard. As the players gathered at the house of Jerry Pickering for another night of Texas Hold 'em, Dugan's lead was only a scant few dollars over Josh Cowan. Co-founder Shortridge also wasn't that far off of the pace, as a $30 victory would bolt him right back in the thick of it. However, new players into the OPT has also started to make waves; Cory and Silas had both gained their second victories at the pervious week's game and had attempted to force their way to the top. This night, fifteen people gathered to attempt to gain their placement on the OPT Leaderboard, and win over $30 in the first place.
