May 7 2004
The first night of May for the OPT
was one that would be remembered for many weeks to come. First, both Scott
Whitman and Co-founder Tim Dugan were slated to graduate from the University
of Toledo the next morning. The other reason would become apparent later
in the night. Elevent players gathered around the poker tables at the house
of Co-founder Luke Shortridge for some great poker action in the smallest
game the OPT had held in a while. Who would come out on top?

Kristi took her first victory in
the OPT, making this night one for the history books.
Yet, the second game would take
us deeper into that book. With only ten players now, the prize pot was only
at $24.00. Who would take this game?
