Ray's Power Rankings 2004

Message from Ray Welch: Hi everyone.  As you can see, I've made some changes to my rankings.  I've given myself more work (WEBMASTER'S NOTE: He's actually given ME more work to do since Ray doesn't figure these out anymore) in order to best determine the top players in the OPT.  I now will give bonus points for finishing at the top of each tournament.  Here's how it works;
1 point will be given to the winner for every 5 players entered in that tournament.  For example, a winner of an 10 person tournament will receive 2 points, while the runner-up receives 1 point.  If that tournament only had 5 people in it, only first place would receive a point.  If that tournament had 15 people entered I would give 3 to first place, 2 to second place and 1 to third place.  Hopefully, you all understand how it works, but even if you don't, I do and that's all that matters.  See you all at the game!
